TSX-V:WMR (the “Company”) announces that it has granted 1,025,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the Company that are exercisable at $0.30 per common share for a five-year term, in accordance with the Company’s stock option plan.  The stock options are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Westminster is a Latin American focused mining exploration company.
